Lost in the Cosmos

This “Last Self Help Book” by Walker Percy is quite brilliant. Very thought-provoking, very funny and very open-ended.

I want to review it.  I am, however, brain-dead.  I cannot seem to think of anything to write.  I planned my day very carefully trying to maximize my creativity and time during the boys’s nap and I got nothing.  The food, the timed coffee, the thoughtful morning…all shot.  I want to scream in frustration.  Or maybe just curl up with a good book…

I vote for both. Scream first (outside into a pillow if the boys are stilling sleeping) to vent your "negative aura" and then curl up with a good book. It's like making up with yourself.

I'll come over and play tomorrow morning… I have a class canceled.

    If that works for you.
