Day Two Hundred and Fifteen

Oliver Twist Page: 180

Today was glorious. Jared and I got up with the boys, had breakfast together, went to the Farmer’s Market with friends, cleaned the house, mowed the lawn, bought groceries, and still had time to sit down and read. Amazing.

I decided to go ahead and get the tattoo but couldn’t get an appointment for this afternoon. Who knew tattoo artists would be so booked up. Anyway, maybe Monday.  It’s probably better for me to have a day or two to decide on a design.

I first read Oliver Twist when I was quite young (or maybe my mom read it to me, I’m not sure) but I’m surprised by how little I remember. I think I’m about ready to turn on Dickens again, he is rather trite. I’m off to update my page count finally. Adieu.

    Hi Mandi,
When I got my tattoo, I couldn’t decide so I had them do a stencil of what I thought I wanted. It washes off in about 3 days, but sure gave me an idea if it was what I wanted, where I wanted it, the size, etc…you might think about that just so you are SURE!
Sorry you are going through a rough time. Do what has to be done and take some time to pamper you…hot bath and book!

I remember mom reading Oliver Twist to us but I really don’t remember any of the story from it. I do remember a mean guy who wouldn’t give him soup  who does that?

You’re seriously getting a tattoo? It’s official. I’m the last non-conformist left in the world.

Seriously, if you people want to rebel, try something no one else does! Oi!

  5. Mandi Says:

    But I don’t want to rebel. I just want a ring I can’t lose.
